1. Nature of the Publication

Wild West & Peptides is an independent informational publication. It is not a clinic, not a pharmacy, not a laboratory, and not a brokerage. We do not sell peptides. We do not store, ship, prescribe, or compound any substance. We do not place orders on behalf of readers. We do not introduce readers to vendors or take a referral fee in any form.

2. Not Medical Advice

The compounds discussed on this site are sold for "research purposes only" and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (or analogous regulators in other countries) for use in humans. We do not advise human use. We report on what is published, what is observed, and what is sold — not on what is wise for any particular reader to do.

3. Not Legal Advice

Our legal coverage is journalism. It is not legal advice. Statutes change. Enforcement is variable. Your circumstances are unique. If you intend to import, possess, or otherwise interact with research peptides in a way that may have legal consequences in your jurisdiction, retain a licensed attorney in that jurisdiction before acting.

4. Accuracy and Updates

We make every reasonable effort to publish accurate information. We cite primary sources where possible. We test claims against published evidence. We correct errors when readers identify them and we mark substantive corrections clearly.

That said: the peptide market changes weekly. Vendors disappear. Prices move. Lab certificates expire. Statutes update. A page that was accurate six months ago may not be accurate today. We make no warranty of currency, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Verify time-sensitive information independently before relying on it.

5. Vendor Coverage

Where we name and rank vendors, we do so based on publicly available information at the time of writing — Certificates of Analysis, community reports, test orders we placed at our own expense, and direct correspondence. None of those vendors paid for placement. None of those vendors received advance review of our coverage. None of them have a relationship with us beyond being the subject of reporting.

Mentioning a vendor is not an endorsement. Ranking a vendor highly is not a recommendation that you order from that vendor. It is a journalistic assessment of the evidence at hand. If you order from a vendor based on our coverage, you do so at your own risk and with full responsibility for the outcome.

6. External Links

This site links to external resources — PubMed citations, regulatory documents, vendor websites, lab certificates, community forum posts. We do not control those external sites. Their content may change, expire, or contradict our reporting after we publish. We do not warrant the accuracy of any external resource.

7. Acceptable Use

• You may read, save for personal reference, and quote (with attribution) any article on this site.
• You may not scrape the site for commercial purposes, train AI models on its contents at industrial scale, or republish full articles without written permission.
• You may not attempt to interfere with site operation, probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context, or use the site to distribute malware.
• You may not impersonate the publication, its staff, or its sources.
